I’ve been practicing Pilates for years with various instructors.   Not only has Cadence helped me improve to my practice, she has helped me better understand the “why” behind certain exercises and has shown me how to make subtle changes to my form to help me do things I’ve never been able to do before.  She is also more tuned into the nuances of the body than anyone I’ve worked with.  She customizes my sessions based on my very specific needs at the moment and in general.  I suffer from chronic back and hip pain – every session is tailored to helping me build strength to both relieve pain and increase my mobility.  Some days my shoulders or quads will be extremely tight – she modifies the session on the spot to help alleviate the issue.  I’ve even shown up with a massive headache and she helped me to get rid of it while getting in a good strength workout.  She’s truly a miracle worker, and as a bonus she’s very relatable and super fun to work with.
