Book an Intro pack with Cadence, or any of the BkS teachers, to experience approachable fitness tailored to your unique needs and schedule.
During the intro pack we discuss your health and wellness goals and get started on your program.
You may also purchase an Intro pack as a ‘one-off’ to consult with Cadence or any Brooklyn Strength instructor.
Packages ranging from three-12 sessions, and monthly private session memberships, are available after your initial 3 sessions. Per session pricing varies depending on which package you choose. Intro packs are introductory pricing.
