Deep Dive Master Classes

Understand your body more deeply. Build strength with clarity.

Deep Dives are 45–60 minute self-paced modules focused on a single foundational movement.

Rather than feeling left behind, confused and overwhelmed, these workshops focus on the mechanics of our body and the ‘why’ of each movement.

Understand how your body organizes, stabilizes, compensates. Learn the support that creates strength without injury.

Perfect form is the form that creates stability and movement without pain. Perfect form is balance and coordination without stress.

The Deep Dive Master Classes develop awareness, coordination, and embodied understanding.

Strength can be sustainable, adaptable, and accessible in everyday life when we understand how our body works.

Suitable for all levels. NOTE: Squat and Pelvic Floor are included for free in the Self Paced Series Strength and Stability respectively.

Recordings available for 30 days after purchase.

Squat: Form & Function

person in a yoga pose

The squat is one of the body’s most foundational movement patterns but many of us experience confusion, discomfort, instability, or tension including painful knees and low backs instead of feeling confident in this ubiquitous exercise.

Rather than forcing ourself into a single “correct” shape, we’ll learn to adapt the form to our own structure and needs. Questions around how far to bend our knees or how low to bring our back will be answered!

Pelvic Floor : Strong & Dynamic

The pelvic floor is not something to tighten or “fix.” The pelvic floor is part of a larger, responsive system connected to breath, pressure, posture, coordination, stability, and nervous system function.

This workshop approaches pelvic floor health through education, awareness, movement, support (and humor!) not shame. We will be discussing magic blueberries! - Join to know what I’m talking about…

Suitable for a wide range of bodies and experiences including postpartum support, hypermobility, chronic tension, and reconnection after injury or disconnection.

Plank & Push Up: Strength and Flow

Planks and push-ups are often taught through force and endurance alone.

This workshop approaches these common movements differently.

Together we explore how strength can emerge through organization, coordination, breath, and whole-body support rather than unnecessary tension or collapse.

Demystify two commonly misunderstood movements. Build upper body strength with clarity instead of strain.
