The health of your squat is a marker for your long-term ability to walk, climb stand, and load your spine and joints (think baby, groceries, or weight lifting) with ease.
We will spend the hour talking anatomy, playing with weights, using a kitchen chair, and our butts to find the best squat for our bodies and why we may not be there yet.
