Start Release isn’t temporary relief. You will learn techniques you can adapt and return to whenever you need. Feel better in your very first module while learning to maintain less pain and tension every day ultimately preventing recurring injury patterns.

This work is based in the study of fascia: the connective tissue that organizes and supports the entire structure of the body. When fascia becomes restricted or overloaded, we experience tension, compensation, and discomfort. When we learn how to work with our Fascial patterns, the body can reorganize, release, and restore, freeing us from painful conditions such as; frozen shoulder, TMJ, labrum inflammation, joint pain, chronic low back issues and more.

Not your typical Pilates class Start functions as a series of mini workshops. Each week we untangle a common area of concern such as ‘tight hamstrings’ or ‘low back pain’, fully engaging the core and more.
