Our Restorative Mobility and Anti-Anxiety Cardio classes help you reduce chronic tension, improve coordination, circulation, and range of motion, restore movement quality, and develop a more sustainable relationship to exercise and self-care.

Mobility:
Live virtual every Thursday at 11:30am EST
30-minute guided mobility class centered on reducing chronic tension and improving movement quality. Restorative Mobility helps us to reconnect with our body through accessible, intentional practice every week.
Each session has a specific theme or focus such as:
• shoulders
• hamstrings
• hip flexors
• spine
• feet and ankles
• low back
Appropriate for all levels and designed to be revisited whenever your body needs grounding, mobility, or restoration. Re-use whenever you need it most.
You can even DM Cadence with requests!
Cardio:

A gentler, more embodied approach to cardiovascular movement. Cardio has its place without the pressure or aggression of traditional fitness culture.
Anti-Anxiety Cardio combines straightforward aerobic movement, think 80’s aerobics class without the complex choreography, with nervous system support to help shift stress, improve circulation, elevate mood, and reconnect you to your body.
There is no choreography to memorize.
No HIIT-until-you-collapse energy.
Each class includes:
• warm-up and cool-down
• low-impact options
• grounded pacing
• approachable cardio intervals
The goal is not exhaustion.
The goal is to have fun while still getting our heart rates up enough to clear the stress chemicals and invite the self-soothing ones.
