Start Stability develops coordination (which includes pain relief), deep strength, and functional mobility, supporting our nervous system’s ability to organize, respond, and adapt. The goal is not just strength, but a felt sense of embodied confidence, agency, and ease.

Blending somatic techniques, restorative practices, and non-punishing Pilates, Cadence teaches you how to work with your body - not against it. Through playful, supportive sequences, we begin to build strength while staying connected to sensation, breath, and internal feedback. Our goal is not to push past the body, but to increase our capacity to listen, respond, and regulate so movement becomes both effective and sustainable.

You’ll learn not just how your body moves, but why, building clarity that translates into daily life.

Each class is an exploration of common patterns, helping you understand your body from the inside out:

  • Why certain areas feel tight or overworked (including deeper work with hip flexors and low back patterns)

  • How and why your body compensates—so you can shift patterns without self-judgment

  • How to build support without unnecessary tension (no more neck strain or over-bracing)

  • How mobility and stability work together to create lasting strength and reduce pain

Start Stability is a fully balanced, nervous-system-informed program designed to build a sustainable, embodied movement practice. It supports not only strength and mobility, but recovery, regulation, and a deeper sense of self-connection.

The series includes seven 30-minute strength classes and seven 30-minute mobility and cardio sessions, along with two one-to-one sessions with Cadence.

This work is designed to move with your life. Some people complete two sessions per week, while others adjust based on energy, schedule, and capacity—alternating between stability, mobility, and gentle, regulation-supportive cardio.

You’ll also have access to a library of 10-minute mini sessions, so even on your busiest days, you can maintain consistency, support your nervous system, and stay in relationship with your body.
