I asked Cadence to make me strong enough to take gymnastics classes without breaking my 40+ year-old body.  She approached my 1:1 training sessions with so much enthusiasm - creating exercises that strengthened my wrists & shoulders, expanded my range of motion, and grew the self-confidence I needed to tumble again!   Thanks to Cadence, this grown up is flipping and feeling like a kid again!
