During your intro pack we discuss your health and wellness goals and get started on your program.

You may also purchase an Intro pack as a ‘one-off’ to consult with Cadence or any Brooklyn Strength Coach.

Packages ranging from three-12 sessions, and monthly private session memberships, are available after your initial 3 sessions. Per session pricing varies depending on which package you choose. Intro packs are introductory pricing.
