Not your typical Pilates class Start functions as a series of mini workshops. Each week we untangle a common area of concern such as ‘tight hamstrings’ or ‘low back pain’, fully engaging the core and more.

Class flows freely while still leaving plenty of room for breaking down challenging concepts and deeply understanding ‘the point’ of what we are learning.

Anti Anxiety Cardio

Three 30 minute Anti Anxiety Cardio classes with Cadence to calm and refocus your mind, while caring for your body, through gentle heart-pumping movement.

Bonus

Three ten minute mini workout (homework) videos. These bonus videos function as an extra quickie workout or a way to deep dive on moves you need extra time to understand!
