Research on gas!

Here are some awesome articles on farts! (do not ask what my search terms were...)  I really believe in de-mystifying our bodies in order to better engage and not be ashamed so enjoy!
Interestingly two of these are from men's health magazines... ah the ongoing idea that women don't stink...I hope one day we can all be on equal ground; equally amazed and grossed out by the natural state of our bodies!

Turns out we have an amazing network of nerves that can detect the difference between gas and solid so you literally know what's there before you decide to let it go.

The intricate dances that keep us functioning are endlessly fascinating and really shows how you just need one little thing to stop functioning correctly for the whole roller coaster to start flying off the rails.
See y'all for your one-to-one's this week!
