Mark Morris Dance Studio by BAM

Changing room, bathroom, and water available in the studio.

Duration:

Six Tuesdays. No drop-ins.

Classes may not be carried over to the next series without prior permission.

Dates and Time:

Tuesdays at 6pm.
Class is 50 minutes

Included in this Series:

  • Class is curated to the needs and interest of the members of the group.

  • ​Brooklyn Strength Method Stability class : Pilates-bodyweight-Strength base with restorative mobility and individualized focus (rehab/pre-hab) as per the needs and goals of the group.

  • ​An intake form will be sent out before our first class so we begin with your needs centered.

Capacity:

The Series is capped at 8 participants to maintain personalized attention.

Consistency:

Participants will receive access to our Stability Virtual Membership during the duration of the Series to continue their strength building between classes.'

The Stability Membership includes full archive access to 30 and 45 minute Stability Series Classes.
