Changing rooms, all gender bathrooms, and water available in the studio.

Class is 50 minutes

Included in this Series:

Class is curated to the needs and interest of the members of the group.

An intake form will be sent out before our first class so we begin with your needs centered.

​The class style is the Brooklyn Strength method, our Stability Series class : a Pilates-bodyweight-strength based class, with restorative mobility and individualized focus (rehab/pre-hab) added as per the needs and goals of the group.

Class is mat based. Additional props (blocks, bands etc) with be provided.

Exclusive access to our Stability Series archive membership is included so you can maintain consistency and increase strength building with the opportunity to take multiple classes per week on your own time.

Capacity:

The Series is capped at 5 participants to maintain personalized attention. Please don’t wait till the last minute to sign up.

Participants from the previous series get priority booking. Spots are limited.

Consistency:

Every sign up includes access to our Stability Virtual Membership for the duration of the In Person Series.

The Stability Membership includes full archive access to Stability Series Classes. Classes range from ‘quickie’ ten minute workouts to full 30 and 45 minute classes.

The included membership allows you the opportunity to continue to build your fitness on your own time. Use as often or as little as you like.
