Class is 50 minutes

Included in this Series:

Class is curated to the needs and interest of the members of the group.

An intake form will be sent out before our first class so we begin with your needs centered.

​The class style is the Brooklyn Strength method, our Stability Series class : a Pilates-bodyweight-strength based class, with restorative mobility and individualized focus (rehab/pre-hab) added as per the needs and goals of the group.

Class is mat based. Additional props (blocks, bands etc) with be provided.

Exclusive access to our Stability Series archive membership is included so you can maintain consistency and increase strength building with the opportunity to take multiple classes per week on your own time.

Capacity:

The Series is capped at 8 participants to maintain personalized attention. Please don’t wait till the last minute to sign up.

Participants from the previous series get priority booking. Spots are limited.

Consistency:

Every sign up includes access to our Stability Virtual Membership for the duration of the In Person Series.

The Stability Membership includes full archive access to Stability Series Classes. Classes range from ‘quickie’ ten minute workouts to full 30 and 45 minute classes.

The included membership allows you the opportunity to continue to build your fitness on your own time. Use as often or as little as you like.

    • Included in the In-Person Series is our archive-only Stability Series membership, normally $99/mo.

    • Stability Archive Access expires 1 week after our last in-person class.

    • If you want to keep only the Stability Archive and not continue with the In-Person Series, you will have the opportunity to sign up for the monthly membership.

    • You will retain access to the Stability Archive as long as you are enrolled in the In-Person Series.

    • To help you maintain consistency, if you sign up for the next In-Person Series during the Priority Access period, you will continue to have access to the Stability archive without pause.

  • Due to the space we are renting and to maintain consistency for all participants throughout the series there are no drop-ins.
    However the virtual archive offers participants the opportunity to ‘make up’ any missed class on their own time as well as to ‘take as many classes’ as they want, each week.

  • Comfy workout clothes including a warmer, long sleeve/pants layer.

  • Due to the rental schedule of the space any refunds or cancellations must be submitted to us by email no later than 14 days before the class begins. After that period, we can either put the cost towards the next series or another offering at Brooklyn Strength. There are no exceptions to this policy.
