The 7-Week Series

The 7 Week Series is a self paced and live virtual class series drawing on my diverse teaching background and influences. Split between Kettlebell based strength and conditioning and Pilates based strength and stability, The Series is designed to give you everything you need to connect with your body, develop physical confidence and get strong AF. Each week during The Series the Brooklyn Strength community comes together to connect and support our shared wellbeing and physical practice.

  • Start Pilates

    Not your typical Pilates class Start functions as a series of mini Workshops. Each week we untangle a common area of concern such as ‘tight hamstrings’ or ‘low back pain’.

    Learn how YOUR body works and WHY in Start.

  • Kettlebell Rookies

    Rookies covers all aspects of physical fitness; mobility, strength, coordination, balance, cardiovascular stamina and more.

    Rookies builds slowly so you can feel comfortable in your form while still building stamina.

  • Do Pilates

    The ultimate ‘regulars’ class. Do Pilates is an int/adv level Pilates class that integrates adjacent disciplines such as Alexander Technique, Dance and Yoga to evolve our practice as curious, engaged movers. Expect balance work, body weight strength, soft silly movements and attention to our breath.

  • Kettlebell Ringers/Rockstars

    An int/advanced level Strength and Conditioning class using Kettlebells and bodyweight. Participants should have taken Rookies or have a background in Dance, Gymnastics or Martial Arts. Rockstars use TWO kettlebells. Modifications are given for one bell or two. Sweaty, fun, challenging class.

Virtual Run Club/Marathon Training Club

Virtual Run Club is a group running program that offers the support and accountability of a running club with a curated, personal approach to training. This is an inclusive running club, all levels and abilities are welcome. All team meets and runs are Virtual.

    1mile to 5k distance goals.
    Three custom run workouts per week.
    3 team coach calls with Cadence and Coach Rachel.
    Private group chat for accountability.
    Private Strava group to track your runs!

  • Marathon Training Club

    6 month virtual group training program for consistent runners looking to train for a specific event or up their mileage with support.

    Distance goals - anything above 5k to Marathon

Restorative

I created Fascia Release™ as a way for people to engage with pain relief and injury prevention in an open, accessible format. Participants are encouraged to ask questions during the workshop and even reach out to me ahead of time via IG direct message to let me know what physical needs they hope to have addressed. Each week I teach a drop in 30 min Restorative class live virtually at noon on Thursdays. Join live or grab the recording. Class is designed to be used when you need it.

  • Fascia Release™

    75 min monthly guided Live Virtual self massage workshop using a foam roller and massage ball developed by Cadence.

    Release chronic tension, heal chronic pain, learn about your body, gain tools you can continue to use on your own.

  • Fascia Release™ for Top Surgery

    Self paced video modules to support scar tissue healing and muscle development for people who have had Top Surgery and Mastectomy.

  • 30-Min Mobility

    Restorative drop-in Live Virtual class every Thursday (holiday dependent) at Noon EST.

    30 min classes in either gentle Mobility or Anti Anxiety Cardio.

One-to-one Sessions

Live Virtual Sessions with Cadence or one of her trusted teachers. All sessions are via Zoom with the exception of the in-person Clinic Day in Brooklyn NY.
