Can’t decide?
FAQs
You must sign up for your membership before the series begins.
• You CAN switch memberships, for instance if you would like to gain access to all the archives and classes you can jump from the Ready, Steady to the Go, mid series or vice versa.
• You cannot pause your subscription. (however we are looking into ways to make this possible)
• There are no refunds.
• If you want to take a break you will need to cancel your subscription (no penalty, login to your account or just email us and we'll do it for you) and you will lose access to the recordings. However, as soon as you are ready to return, sign back up and everything will be there for you again!
• Live classes are not guaranteed. If for any reason live class is not possible or offered, a recording of the same series from a different year will be added. It is also possible I may provide a live virtual substitute teacher.
• If Cadence is not available for the monthly 30 min session at any point, members may book with any available BkS teacher. Cadence’s availability is not guaranteed.
• If you want to change series you will lose access to the series you were in before and gain access to the archive of the series you are joining. For ex., if you are in Pilates for the Jan and March series and change to Kettlebell in May, you will lose archive access to Start Jan and March but gain archive access to the Kettlebell Jan and March Series.
• This is a monthly charge. Not every week of the year has live class. Your membership charge includes access to the archive level of your choice. The pricing is based on average annual enrollments spread over 12 months. Your membership includes additional benefits which are not only tied to weekly live class.
• Since this is a membership, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance or workplace for a 'gym membership'. We are happy to provide any paperwork you may need in order to submit for reimbursement.
