Small Group:

5 people max

Location:

Mark Morris Dance Studio - right by BAM. Check in at the desk to be directed to the class studio.

Time:

Thursdays at 6pm.
Class is 50 minutes and you know I like to hang out after to chat if needed!

Dates:

Nov 6th, Nov 13th, Nov 20th, Dec 4th, Dec 11th, Dec 18th

Focus:

  • Class is curated to the needs and interest of the members of the group.

  • ​Brooklyn Strength style Pilates-bodyweight-strength base with restorative mobility and individualized focus (rehab/pre-hab etc) as per the needs and goals of the group.

  • ​An intake form will be sent out before our first class so we begin with your needs centered.
