Join Brooklyn Strength Studios founder, Cadence Dubus for a 3 week series focusing on deep tissue/fascia based release to unwind our winter muscles in expectation of spring.
Each week we will move through either upper body, lower body or center body and let go of tension holding us back from greater range of motion, pain free living and more easeful physical practices and daily life. We will then grab hold of our new found softness and play with gentle stability and awareness exercises in order to strengthen and align so that our freedom becomes the stability from where we draw strength.
Activism comes in many forms. Self care becomes radical when it is a vehicle towards a physical peace that allows us the grounded place from which to fight our good fights.
All fitness abilities, bodies welcome.
