During this workshop, Studio founder Cadence Dubus, will guide participants using massage balls and foam rollers to release deeply stuck tissue and fascial layers in shoulders, hips, lower back, legs and even feet and hands.
We will take hold of the new space in our bodies and explore gentle movements and stability exercises to free our muscles and joints towards a greater range of motion and relief from pain and chronic tension.
