We cannot be free in our hearts, spirit or even thoughts when we are suffering with physical pain or even tension that keeps us from being able to breathe deeply with ease or lay or sit comfortably in order to focus in peace.
During this workshop, Brooklyn Strength Studios founder, Cadence Dubus, will guide participants using massage balls and slow movement to release deeply stuck tissue and fascial layers in shoulders, hips, lower back, legs and even feet and hands.
We will take hold of the new space in our bodies and explore gentle movements and stability exercises to free our muscles and joints towards a greater range of motion and relief from pain and chronic tension.
All fitness abilities, bodies welcome.
