Fit Feet: fitness from the ankle down

Join studio founder, Cadence Dubus, for a fun informative workshop to address our fitness below the ankle. Exercises for mobility and strengthening as well as a foot "obstacle course" will feature as we navigate the wide variety of feet we have and foot related issues they can present. Expect to learn exercises you can continue to do at home.
