Learn the foundations of bodyART in this 60min Intro Level class designed to enhance balance, strength and flexibility. Open to all levels, this class is music driven and incorporates exercises inspired by Yoga, Pilates and martial arts. This class ends with a 15min Fascia Release session.

A 55min all body workout that follows the original concepts of bodyART, ending with a 20min Fascia Release session.
- 3/31/18 2-3:15pm bodyART FOCUS
A 55min low impact cardio class that focuses on functional breathing techniques to enhance movement and flow. Open to all levels and perfect for those training for endurance events. This class ends with a 20min Fascia Release session.
- 4/7/18 2-3:15pm bodyART REVITALIZE
A 60min movement class designed to sequence the therapy and rehab bodyART exercises for a safe and sweaty workout. Open to all levels, ideal for those dealing with injuries and alignment issues without sacrificing the integrity of their workout. This class ends with a 15min Fascia Release session.

A 60min interval training class focused on warming, lengthening and releasing the muscles while maintaining core stability. Open to all levels, great for cross training. This class ends with a 15min Fascia Release session.
- 4/21/18 2-3:15pm bodyART STRENGTH
Power moves are the jam for this 50min class. Build up the heat with a brief cardio sequence and keep the blood flowing with full body weight strength exercises. Open to all levels, this class ends with a 25min Fascia Release class.
- 4/28/18 2-3:15pm bodyART H.I.I.T
A precise 45min movement training session that incorporates myofascial range of motion exercises with high intensity interval training. Created to enhance athletic performance this class is open to all levels and anyone who gets excited by exercises named Spiderman and Sumo Kicks. This class ends with a 10min Flow Cool Down and a 20min Fascia Release session.
