A Feminist focused Pilates and Fitness class for teens and tweens with Brooklyn Strength Studios founder, Cadence Dubus. Class will be a safe space to address changing bodies and our ever-evolving sense of self during this period of physical and emotional growth. We will address strength, flexibility and real-life focused physical goals by engaging with our bodies as the powerful beings we already are. Interrupting teen ‘slump’ posture before it takes hold, addressing how our feelings affect our bodies and decompressing from sitting in school all day are a natural part of every class.
