An active class using mat-based exercises and foam rollers for all bodies and abilities designed to release deep tension and even chronic pain. We will gently soften our deep tissue and strengthen our stabilizing muscles, rooting us in our bodies to keep us focused in our purpose. Come worn down, leave centered and strong. Come as you are though comfortable clothes are recommended.
